Warranty Policy

At Healdy, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. All our products are backed by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please read the policy below to understand the terms, coverage, and process for claiming warranty support.

1. Warranty Coverage
• All products are covered under a 6-month limited warranty .
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal functional issues under normal usage, but can only be claimed after our support team verifies and confirms the issue.
• Your product must be registered on our Warranty Registration Page within 14 days of delivery.
• If a product is returned for warranty service and it is found that the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect or internal component failure, the product will not be eligible for repair or replacement under warranty. In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer in its existing condition, and no replacement will be provided.
• Covered products include earbuds, keyboards, and mice.Please note accessories of this products are not under warranty support.
• If the exact product is unavailable, a replacement of equal value will be provided.

2. What Is Not Covered
• Accidental or physical damage, such as cracks, dents, or scratches
• Damage caused by water, heat, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
• Normal wear and tear
• Accessories like charging cables, pouches, or packaging
• Battery degradation over time

3. Warranty Registration
• To claim a warranty, your product must be registered on our Warranty Registration Page within 14 days of delivery.
• Unregistered products will not be eligible for warranty support.

4. How to Claim Warranty

• Our team will guide you through a remote troubleshooting process via call or chat.
• If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for product pickup for inspection.
• After verifying the issue thoroughly, we will provide a replacement or further resolution as necessary.

5. Additional Terms
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
• Replacement units will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.
